You Won’t Believe This New Hotel in Dubai!

Oh my gosh, bestie! You are never going to believe what I just found out! You know how we are always looking for the next big thing for our trips? Well, I found it, and it is literally the BIGGEST thing ever! The world’s tallest hotel is finally opening up in Dubai, and it is called Ciel Dubai Marina. I am not joking when I say this place is going to be huge. It has 1,004 rooms! Can you even imagine how many people that is? It’s like a whole city inside one giant building!

The hotel is over 1,000 feet tall. That is so high up that you might actually be able to touch the clouds from your balcony. If you are afraid of heights, you might want to hold my hand, but the views are going to be the best things you have ever seen in your life. It is right in the Dubai Marina, which is my favorite part of the city because there is so much water and so many boats everywhere. It looks amazing at night when all the lights come on!

The Coolest Pool Ever!

Okay, let’s talk about the best part. There is a sky-high infinity pool on the roof! An infinity pool is one of those pools where it looks like the water just falls off the edge of the building. Since this is the tallest hotel, that means this pool is way up in the sky. You can swim and look down at the whole city. It is going to be the coolest place to hang out. Imagine sitting there with a cold drink while the sun goes down. I bet the water feels so good when it is hot outside!

You should definitely bring your loudest, brightest swimsuit. When you are at the pool, stand right at the edge (be careful!) and have someone take a photo of you from behind while you look at the ocean. It will look like you are floating in the sky. It is going to get so many likes on your Instagram! You should plan to spend at least $30 on a fancy fruit drink at the pool bar because you deserve to feel like a movie star for a day.

What Are the Rooms Like?

With 1,004 rooms, they have something for everyone. But since this is a brand-new hotel, everything is going to be super modern. They have these huge windows that go from the floor all the way to the ceiling. That means when you wake up, the first thing you see is the blue water of the Arabian Gulf. It is going to be so bright and happy in there! The beds look like giant marshmallows that you can just sink into after a long day of walking around.

I heard the bathrooms are super fancy too. Some of them have tubs right next to the window. Imagine taking a bubble bath while looking at the tallest buildings in the world! You should totally bring some of those fizzy bath bombs with you. A normal room here will probably cost you around $250 a night if you book early, but it is so worth it just to say you stayed in the tallest hotel on Earth!

Where to Get the Best Food

Since we are staying in the Marina, we have so many choices for food. If you want something quick and yummy, you have to find a shawarma stand. A shawarma is like a wrap with meat and sauce and fries inside. They are so good and only cost about $7! It is the best cheap lunch you can get. You can eat it while you walk along the water and look at the big yachts.

But if we want to have a fancy “best friend dinner,” we should go to a place called Pier 7. It is a big round building right on the water with seven different restaurants inside. You should go to the one on the top floor. Order the grilled chicken or the pasta. It will cost about $60 per person, but the view of the Ciel hotel from across the water is amazing. You can see how tall it really is from there!

The Best Spots for Your Photos

You know we need to take a million photos! Here is exactly where to go. First, go to the Dubai Marina Walk. It is a big path that goes all around the water. Stand on the blue bridge and have the Ciel hotel in the background. It looks so cool when the sun starts to set and the sky turns pink and orange. Make sure you wear shoes that are easy to walk in because the walk is pretty long!

Another great spot is the “Flying Cup” at JBR beach. It is just a short walk from the hotel. It is a ride that lifts you up in the air while you sit at a table. It costs about $22. You can take a selfie while your feet are dangling way above the ground! It is a little scary but super fun. Also, don’t forget to take a photo inside the hotel lobby. It’s going to be so shiny and gold, you will look like a million bucks just standing there.

Let’s Talk Money

I know we need to save up, so I made a little list for us. Dubai can be expensive, but we can do it on a budget if we are smart. Or we can go all out and live like queens! Here is what I think things will cost for a three-day trip:

As you can see, we can totally make this work! Even if we stay in a cheaper room, we can still go up to the observation deck and see the view. The observation deck is made of glass, so you can see straight down to the ground! It is going to be so exciting. I might scream a little bit, but it will be fun scream, I promise!

Why This Is the Best Trip Ever

Dubai is just so cool because everything is the biggest or the tallest or the fastest. It feels like you are in the future! The Ciel hotel is the perfect place for us because it is brand new and everyone is talking about it. We will be some of the first people to stay there! We can spend our mornings at the beach, our afternoons at the mall (the mall is huge and has an aquarium inside!), and our nights at the sky-high pool.

The mall is called the Dubai Marina Mall, and it is right next door. You should go there just for the air conditioning because it gets really hot outside. They have all the stores we love, plus some really cool ones from other countries. You should budget about $100 for some fun souvenirs like gold jewelry or fancy perfume that smells like roses.
